45번 문제. A school project has used on-site renewable energy to replace 15% of the building's average energy cost in comparison to the US DOE's CBECS database. The school gets 6% of its energy from PV panels and 9% from a wind system. How many total points can the school earn for this design?

renewable energy cost가 전체 에너지 비용의 10%이상 차지하는 경우 3점 받는걸로 알고있습니다.

total points에서 왜 4점이 되는건지 모르겠어요.
