문제 풀이중에 40번에서 excavated soil 은 건설 폐기물에서 아예 제외 되는 것인가요. 또한 adc 같이 제외 되는것인지 궁금합니다 또한 11 번 문제 풀이에서 don't subtract the unsound portion from the total as a means of determining if at least 50% of the area is maintained from that value 강의에서는 안전하지않은 면적 전체에서 25% 내에서는 제외하고 50%보존하라는 것으로 나왔는데 풀이랑 다른 거 같아서 풀이 내용의 정확한 해석좀 부탁 드립니다.
